Retrieving older files takes staff time to locate, check and deliver securely. For copies previously provided, we charge $35 per taxpayer or business, per tax year. Related federal and state returns are included.

There’s no charge for active service-plan clients or copies you download from your portal. Your original return delivery, original client records and records we must provide free are also excluded.
