Our tax services aim to provide business owners with a tax solution that fits their needs. Once our initial discovery is complete, we can provide a solution that best fits their need. The result being a comprehensive tax solution aimed to reduce taxes using legal and ethical strategies and/or preparation of a CPA prepared tax return.
Initial Consultation
Starting at: Free
Who is it for: Business owners
Objective: To conduct an initial assessment of business owner’s tax need to determine if they need tax preparation, tax planning, or both.
Deliverable: Recommendation
Tax Preparation Services
Starting at: $500 – $3,000
Who is it for: Business owners and individuals
Objective: To professionally prepare a federal and state tax return
Deliverable: Personal and business tax return
*All returns will be reviewed and quoted for an accurate price range. General ranges listed here.
Tax Planning Services
Starting at: $2,000 – $10,000 (Fee is generally 20-30% of one year savings)
Who is it for: Business owners
Objective: To provide legal, and ethical solutions aimed to decrease tax burden
Deliverable: Tax plan, tax savings projection
*Quarterly tax planning is generally quoted at our hourly consulting rate unless otherwise stated.

accounting firms. Since 2012, the focus of his professional engagements has been primarily in the area of tax planning, cash flow planning, business valuations, and business consulting for privately owned businesses.
